Vegan Egg Bites

Vegan Egg Bites


  • 1 cup of @orgransa Easy Egg
  • 500ml of water
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 10 white mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped


  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a muffin tray.
  2. In a large bowl combine the Easy Egg, water and oil.
  3. Add your filling ingredients.
  4. Transfer to the muffin tray and bake for 15-17 minutes (keep an eye on them as all ovens differ slightly)
  5. Once cooked allow to cool slightly then remove from the tray and place on a plate to cool.
  6. Enjoy immediately or store in a container in the fridge for later in the week.
  7. Reheat them in the microwave for 30 seconds when you want to eat them.
