Vegan Egg Bites
- 1 cup of @orgransa Easy Egg
- 500ml of water
- 5 tbsp oil
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 red onion, diced
- 10 white mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a muffin tray.
- In a large bowl combine the Easy Egg, water and oil.
- Add your filling ingredients.
- Transfer to the muffin tray and bake for 15-17 minutes (keep an eye on them as all ovens differ slightly)
- Once cooked allow to cool slightly then remove from the tray and place on a plate to cool.
- Enjoy immediately or store in a container in the fridge for later in the week.
- Reheat them in the microwave for 30 seconds when you want to eat them.
