Quinoa Crackers 3 Ways

Option 1
1. Hummus and Cucumber
- Hummus: 1 tin chickpeas, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1 Tbs tahini and squeeze of lemon

Option 2
2. Beetroot Hummus, Microgreens and Gherkins
- Beetroot hummus: 1 tin chickpeas, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1/2 cup beetroot, 1 Tbs tahini and squeeze of lemon

Option 3
3. Smashed Avocado and baby tomatoes
- Smashed avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper
