Vegan Omelette


  • 50g Orgran easy egg
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 240ml filtered water
  • Baby tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Red onion
  • Baby spinach leaves


  1. Whisk together in a bowl and place in a pan over medium heat
  2. Lift the sides to make sure it doesn’t stick and cook for another 4 minutes.
  3. Add filling and serve with a fresh slice of sourdough.
