Vegan Cheesy Pasta
- 2/3 of a packet of Orgran Rice and Corn Penne
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- Pinch of Paprika
- Chilli salt or fresh chili’s
- Some fresh thyme and basil
- Boil your pasta following the instructions on the packaging.
- Once the pasta is cooked drain and place into a mixing bowl.
- Add all the seasoning ingredients and mix until the pasta is covered.
- Serve with some fresh thyme and basil and enjoy.
