Vegan Cheesy Pasta


Spice mix:

  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • Pinch of Paprika
  • Chilli salt or fresh chili’s


  • Some fresh thyme and basil


  1. Boil your pasta following the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Once the pasta is cooked drain and place into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add all the seasoning ingredients and mix until the pasta is covered.
  4. Serve with some fresh thyme and basil and enjoy.
