Orgran Bruschetta Pasta with Roasted Tomatoes

Let’s be honest, not many of us have hours on end to spend making delicious dinners anymore! This Orgran Bruschetta Pasta is quick and easy to make – with a prep time of 25 minutes, you’ll be able to feed hungry tummies in no time. Orgran’s Quinoa Penne Pasta is gluten and wheat free, keeping your tummy and taste buds happy.


  • 1 packet of Orgran Quinoa Penne Pasta
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1-2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • 250g of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 loosely packed cup of fresh basil


  1. Place your pasta on the stove to cook as per the instructions on the packaging.
  2. While the pasta cooks, turn your grill on and slice your tomatoes in half.
  3. Place the tomatoes on an oven tray and grill them for 5-6 minutes until they are slightly charred.
  4. Once the pasta has finished cooking, allow to cool by draining and running under cold water.
  5. Add to your blender the clove of garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, and salt and pepper and blend just for a couple for seconds.
  6. Place your pasta in a mixing bowl and pour the olive oil mix over the pasta. Stir in the roasted tomatoes.
  7. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve and sprinkle with a dash of cayenne pepper and enjoy!
