Vegan & Gluten Free Waffles

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup Orgran all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 1/4 cup nut milk or Orgran No Egg Egg replacer equivalent to 2 eggs or flax egg can be used
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp vanilla paste / extract .
Method
- Add flour, salt, coconut sugar and baking powder to a medium sized mixing bowl and mix
- Add the nut milk, coconut oil and vanilla and whisk for 2-3 minutes or until mixture is free of lumps
- Add desired amount to pre heated waffle maker and cook until golden brown.
- Top with fresh fruit, oasted coconut flakes and chocolate macadamia nut butter and tuck in!
