Vegan & Gluten Free Waffles


  • 1 1/4 cup Orgran all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup nut milk or Orgran No Egg Egg replacer equivalent to 2 eggs or flax egg can be used
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla paste / extract .


  1. Add flour, salt, coconut sugar and baking powder to a medium sized mixing bowl and mix
  2. Add the nut milk, coconut oil and vanilla and whisk for 2-3 minutes or until mixture is free of lumps
  3. Add desired amount to pre heated waffle maker and cook until golden brown.
  4. Top with fresh fruit, oasted coconut flakes and chocolate macadamia nut butter and tuck in!
