Protein Loaf

Ingredients

  • 65g protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup Orgran Self Raising Flour
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 3 eggs or Orgran No Egg Egg Replacer
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter/ any nut butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tblsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tblsp cinnamon
  • 2 heap tblsp baking powder
  • 2-3 tblsp stevia/ sweetener/maple syrup

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Pop all wet ingredients into your blender. Give it a whizz.
  3. Sift off dry ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Add wet to dry and combine well.
  5. Place in loaf tin, top with all your fave toppings and bake in oven for about 25-30 min, or until knife poked in comes out clean.
  6. Let cool and serve or eat right away.
