- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Pop all wet ingredients into your blender. Give it a whizz.
- Sift off dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet to dry and combine well.
- Place in loaf tin, top with all your fave toppings and bake in oven for about 25-30 min, or until knife poked in comes out clean.
- Let cool and serve or eat right away.
