Gluten Free Vegan Bread Loaf

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 210 degrees and grease a medium loaf tin.
  2. In a large mixing bowl add the water + oil + bread mix and combine.
  3. Add to loaf tin and leave for 10-15 minutes to rise.
  4. Place in oven and bake for 35 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool on a rack before slicing.
