Buckwheat Pancakes with Berries
- Empty contents of packet into a bowl and add 450ml water, 60ml vegetable oil and stir into a smooth batter.
- Lightly grease frying pan and preheat.
- Pour batter into frying pan to desired size and cook over a low-medium heat.
- When the edge of the pancake appears cooked and bubbles have burst, turn over and cook other side until golden brown.
- Top with berries, honey and nut butter
