Orgran No Egg™ Egg Replacer lets you create quality cakes and baked goods with similar texture to those with eggs, but contains no cholestrol, no lactose and no egg! Each packet has the equivalent of 66 eggs for all your baking needs. It can be used in cakes, meringues or to make egg free mayonnaise.
